It all starts with filling out the DESIGN INQUIRY form.

I’ll give you a call within 1 to 2 business days to schedule an initial consultation with you at your home to formally meet and discuss the project in further detail with you. This step will be about learning more about who you are and obtaining all required details for the project.

Please note: There is an initial consultation fee of $125. Hourly rates will be discussed during the initial phone call.

Sit back, relax, have a cup of coffee! This phase requires no work on your end. I'll use my expertise to re-create your space with all of the information that I have and within 2-4 weeks, I’ll reach out to you to schedule a design meeting to review your customized design proposal and detailed estimate.

This step will include making any changes to the design plan to ensure that your selections are everything that you’ve hoped for. There will be two revisions allowed per project.

We’ve reviewed and approved everything related to your customized design plan, and once the product invoice is paid, we are ready to start placing orders.

Please note that this step can sometimes be the most time consuming. Depending on transit times, it can sometimes take several weeks to receive all items. Of course, we will do our best to select items that will accommodate your project timeline. Once all items have arrived, we will schedule a time for installation and the big reveal.

Note: Depending on your project needs, this will be the phase in which we schedule a time for contracting services.

This is the big day! Installation days require a lot of work and can sometimes include several team members walking in and out of your home throughout the day. I have carefully selected a team to work with that will always be respectful to you and your home.

I like to do this Chip & Joanna style, and provide an exciting reveal to each client. (Don’t worry, there won’t be cameras or a giant billboard). This requires you to be “out of home” for most of the day. Of course, I understand that this isn’t always the case and am happy to accommodate you as needed.

Note: Depending on the size of your project, the installation phase may extend over several days or weeks. (i.e. kitchen + bath projects). For typical install days, there is a delivery fee that will be discussed during the design phase.

This step is optional. As I work to build my business design portfolio, I would like to bring in a professional photographer on some projects to capture the design in all its glory. If you're okay with a little social media love, you might see it on your favorite social media platform or on my website!
